“While Susan had some difficulties in school, she got involved with the JLI Teens where she made solid friends and started to take responsibility for her life. I credit the JLI Teens program for helping her transition from a rebellious teenager to becoming a mature adult. Susan is currently taking Pre-med in Cornell and plans to someday practice medicine and improve people’s quality of life.
